• Full ductwork, grilles, diffusers, insulation and silencers
• Refrigerant pipework, condensate drainage, controls

• Panasonic VRF system with 30 floor-standing indoor units and 3 outdoor units
• 6 MVHR units — one serving each floor
• Separate multi-split air conditioning system for the UPS room
• Full ductwork, grilles, diffusers, insulation and silencers
• Refrigerant pipework, condensate drainage, electrical connections and controls
• Pressure testing, vacuuming and commissioning
The completed system provides independent temperature control, efficient heating and cooling, fresh filtered air and improved indoor air quality throughout the building.

• Mitsubishi multi-split system with 4 outdoor units and 16 wall-mounted indoor units
• Independent temperature control in each guest room
• Efficient heating and cooling with quiet operation

• Trunking, core drilling, roof works and condensate pumps
• Pressure testing, vacuuming and commissioning
All works were completed while the hotel remained fully operational.
